Biography
One villain who never let viewers down, was this man. He went to Peking Opera school with many talented people such as Angela Mao, Chia Ling, Robert Tai, and others, during his early years living in Taiwan. He later found himself at Shaw studios started out starring in heroic swordsman roles, before becoming a bonafide Kung-fu star, in such films as The Cannibals and Superman-Chu. He made the leap to all-around Bad guy, a character switch that has garnered him legions of fans.
His presence in The Victim could have set a standard for villains, not to mention, his "Kill and kill again" attitude, when fighting. I would have loved to see him playing a villain opposite Sonny Chiba. It seems that his villainous portrayals, gave him more room to work with (as an actor), creating some of the genre's most memorable performances.

One of the better actors during the kung-fu era, he is a personal friend of Jimmy Wang Yu, appearing in his early 70's smash 4 Real Friends with (2) other friends in real-life Chen Sing and Kam Kong. A favorite of director and sometimes Talent Scout - Lee Tso-Nam, he has appeared in front of Lee's lens in some epic kung-fu classics. Under the the masterful choreography of Tommy Lee, he could usually be found batting Wang Tao, in films such as Fatal Needles, Fatal Fists, 2 Assassins Of the Darkness, Eagle's Claws, etc...
Yet, when another famous friend Samo Hung, asked him to take a part in the movie Moon Warriors, how could he refuse? Samo was instrumental in helping him secure footing at Golden Harvest (when he left Shaw Bros), as well as choreographing him in such films as Deep Thrust and Bandits From Shantung. It was this friendship that steered him into taking villainous roles, as a result, his future never looked brighter.
