Biography
His name means "Little-Big Eye", and if you look at him, you quickly see what his name implies. Unfortunately, that name could, just as easily, have been given to Wang Chi-Sang, as his eyes are the same. Yet, he has not let that stop him from becoming a top performer in countless kung-fu movies. He (along with others) was very recognizable in Enter The Dragon, standing there while Bruce Lee fights his match against Han's bodyguard - Ohara. He has developed some pretty good fighting skills as he came up through the ranks (of kung-fu stars).
He had a standout role in the interestingly funny The 4 Invincibles, where he worked with frequent co-stars Hon Kwok-Chui and Ku Feng, also appearing with them in Incredible Master Beggars and the excellent Crack Shadow Boxers. He's come from a background performer, to an exceptionally skilled technician, often working behind the scenes and choreographing some of the films he's starred in.
His fought against some of the best including (2) films with Billy Chong in Kung Fu From Beyond The Grave and The Crystal Fist (playing the blind guy, who fights with the aid of his Deaf friend). He handles Comedy pretty well, and though he's not as seasoned some of the other top kung-fu stars, he still does a very good job of being very entertaining (without being too obnoxious). He ventured deeper into Choreography, working along side one of the top kung-fu choreographers Tsui Chung-Sin. Like many of the genre's earlier stuntmen/performers, he stopped film work in the late 1980's.
