Biography
Like Feng Ko-An, he likes to go after the ladies and won't hesitate to kill even if she was willing to please him. Scrappy, and sometimes a bit wild with his techniques, he has come up through the ranks as a villain you can trust, in that he was constantly trying to kill someone. In Kung Fu Zombie, he died trying to kill Billy Chong and was so persistent that he came back as a ghost, still trying to kill him. He seemed to gravitate towards modern gangster roles like The Delivery, which not only offered him work as an actor, but also, as a Choreographer.
In later years, he turned towards directing and choreography and gave us films like Lone Shaolin Avenger with Cassanova Wong and the excellent Eagle Fist giving himself and Chi Kuan-Chun one of their best roles to date. An interesting footnote: He was the fighter, who was going to have a Full Contact match against Wang Jang-Li, on the grounds of Golden Harvest studios, in the mid 70's. This match was supposed to prove which was better, Chinese Kung Fu or Korean Tae Kwon Do. The match never happened, as it was stopped (before it ever started), by the police.
