Biography
He started at Shaw Brothers, before becoming associated with Liu Chia-Liang and learning the tricks of the (movie) trade. He went to Opera School with Jackie Chan and the gang, under the famed teacher Jim Yuen. He enrolled at age (6) and studied for (7) years. Later, after working a construction job as a "Metal worker" for (3) years, he pursued a career as an actor. He was (22) when he joined Shaw studios as a Stuntman, where he earned about $400 per month (with no overtime). Because of his small build, he (like Wilson Tong and Lam Ching-Ying) used to double for females in their fighting roles.
A excellent acrobat, who’s weaponry skills help him and super-villain Wang Lung-Wei win “Best Weaponry Award” in (1981) for the film, 3 Evil Masters. Following the success of that film, he mostly worked behind the scenes or did mostly cameo roles such as My Young Auntie and Kid From Kwangtung. In the movie Rivals Of The Dragon he fared well, but the Modern setting didn't really set the mood for the fights that would follow.

Lately, Fight Choreography has been his thing. He's helped choreograph the excellent Operation Scorpio and even shared a Golden Horse (Hong Kong's equivalent of an Oscar), with top fight choreographer, classmate, and friend Yuen Kwei, for their work on Jet Li's Fong Sai-Yuk. He's also done work on the television series Martial Law, with another former classmate, Samo Hung. He is still very active in the film industry today, last working on Kiss Of The Dragon and The One.
