I am trying to return back into my house at 3000 Berkley Ave. You said that you wanted to make sure that my aunt (Annie Washam) was of Sound Mind when she signed over the house to me in July 2020. Since I'm always taking Video of my relatives, I thought I could show you her state of mind and Clear up some of the Lies that my cousin said about my relationship [Under Oath].

[Lie-1] - Jan 10th - Being taken to the Hospital

My cousin said that I (personally) picked my aunt up and took her out of the house !!
[ Hard to know these things when she was in TEXAS at this time...]

*** I also have TITANIUM RODS in my back from a FUSION from Back Surgery May 4th, 2004.
I couldn't have picked my aunt up if wanted to.

My cousin (Sheila Gamble) claimed that my Aunt was "Terribly Afraid" of me !!
These pictures were taken with just the 2 of us in the room.
[She's even wearing MY Purple Hat !!]

These were taken on January 12th & 14th 2021- at the Mobile Infirmary
*** This was the Last time we were in the SAME room, until she got back to the house on July 30th. By then, she didn't even know who I was.

[Lie-2] Talking on her Cellphone

This Video was taken on AUG 2, 2020. My aunt called her son Carl (now deceased - 6-4-21).
In the conversation you can hear her tell him that I (Ralph) got the Cellphone for her.
My cousin claimed that my aunt did NOT own a Cellphone.
[She hasn't be in Mobile since July of 2017 for my uncle's Funeral.]

Proof that when she signed the Deed/House over to me in July 2020 (7-months Prior to this video) that she knew what she was doing and was of "Sound Mind".

and to clear up the Lies told to you by my cousin - Under Oath.

I hope that this evidence is enough to put these Lies about me and my character to rest, so that I can take possession of my house and move on with my life. In her letter to you my cousin stated that she wanted to make sure that my aunt could live out her days in peace - she has done that now. My aunt's funeral was Saturday Nov.13th.

As it stands, there is [now] - NO REASON for my cousin to be in my house.
She is NOT PAYING RENT and she HAS NO LEASE AGREEMENT.

I moved many of my things when she showed on JULY 30TH - because I do not trust her.
3-Days later - She filed the ELDER ABUSE CHARGES and RESTRAINING ORDER against me in order to drive me away from the house and give herself the place / Address She told the ALABAMA SCHOOL BOARD she lived at on the Driver's License she acquired on JULY 2OTH !!

Looking into her background, I found a number of UNLAWFUL DETAINERS and CIVIL JUDGEMENTS - which just shows me that she likes to stay places and Don't Pay Rent - I don't want to go through that lengthy process, if I don't have to. As she told you [while on the Stand] - the Bills are in MY name and she feels she shouldn't have to pay them. And now that my aunt is deceased, I can only see her leaving me with a ton of Bills to pay and Bad Credit.

*** The day she HAD TO PAY an almost $600 Power bill or be disconnected, was NOV. 3rd - the day my aunt died.

She has given access to my property to people that STEAL and use DRUGS and I am worried about the Condition my property will be in, when I DO get it back.

I'm just ready to move on, I hope that you will allow me to do that.
Getting possession of my house back, is the 1st step.
