Biography
This silly man is always up to something; whether it's a prank of some sort or con, always expect to check your belongings before he leaves. Pulling sneaky stunts cause him to get the crap beat out of him in Hitman In The Hand of Buddha, Wang Jang-Li's Directorial debut. It was the first time I've seen him in a serious (dramatic) role, where he wasn't playing a silly character. I think a lot more films of this nature, could have had fans seeing him in a very different light.
He keeps his eyes crossed so much; I think they stayed that way. Usually, if you find Ho Pai-Kuang in a film, chances are, his not far behind. He went behind the camera as the "Assistant Director" on the obscure hit The 4 Invincibles; yet, it's usually his silly demeanor that keeps us in stitches. He was one of the better comedians seen in kung-fu films, during the height of their popularity. His brand of comedy, often borderlined on the silly to the outrageous, though he never seemed to mind (nor did we).

I first noticed him in Samo Hung's first hit movie away from Golden Harvest - The Victim. He played the "Phantom Killer" - sent to kill John Liang, only to end up killing himself in a comical battle against Samo. Like most who know their craft well, he sticks to what has brought him the most fame (Comedy), and leaves the fighting to the experts. He's played in a great deal of films (from all genres) and was always amusing to watch.
