In The Disciples Of Shaolin, Fu Sheng wanted his watch, but in all of his other movies, most people want his life. Another in a long line of Shaw Bros' actors who have honed their craft at the studio, before moving on to (sometimes) greener pastures. Not big on fighting skills, he also falls in that even longer line of actors who got to act out, their fighting roles. Most weren't really proficient in martial-arts themselves and relied on the acting skills to hide this fact.
He is an actor who has given some good performances, but he is not one to give you a hard time when it comes to kicking you but, because that's just not his strong point. In the obscure film Hero of Shanghai with Chen Kuan-Tai, you'll have a hard time trying to figure out whether his character is good or bad, but you'll enjoy the fighting.
