Biography
He has probably played in a great deal of movies, but, mostly as an extra, kind of like Hua Lin (though, he has shown some fighting skill). In The Flying Guillotines, he played one of Chen Kuan-Tai's friends, who helped him escape from the grip of the evil Emperor (Chiang Yang). Known for more Dramatic type acting, he still fared well, in the entertaining Master Of Kung Fu, playing the student of Wong Fei-Hung, played by Ku Feng. He had a small fighting role in Chu yuan's excellent Killer Clans, as a man, who wasn't (quite) all, that he seemed. In the film Kiss Of Death, he was one of a couple of would-be rapist, who infect a woman with a venereal disease. He, also, appeared as a native, in The Snake Prince with Ti Lung.
His appearance in the Shaw Bros' hit Kidnap, was (actually) based on a true story. Though, he doesn't possess a great deal of skill in the Kung Fu department, this was one of his best role to date. His appearance in the film - Criminals-2: The Homocides, while an interesting piece, it was a bit bleak and the ending, didn't really satisfy me. His segemenyt was entitled - The Nude In The Box. It was supposedly about a true story of a young girl, who had been murdered and found stuffed in a large television box. He was on trial for his life, with mostly circumstantial evidence. I think he fared miuch better in modern day roles (such as this), than in period-piece kung-fu films.
